SUPPORTING EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- This Component will ensure effective and efficient Project Management through establishment and operation of a PMU. These funds will provide needed resources for Project coordination, financial management, procurement, monitoring and evolution and safeguards
- The PMU will include minimum staffing complement, including 1.Project Coordinator 2.Procurement Officer 3. Financial Management officer 4. safeguards specialist and stakeholder liaison and 5. Monitoring and Evaluation officer
